Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar

Last night we went to Lazy Dog Restaurant for the first time!  It's located at Town Square.  The restaurant was big and open!  They have a patio that you can even bring your dog and relax.  They have televisions all around the restaurant so that you won't miss out on the Las Vegas Knights hockey game.  Here are just a few things that we enjoyed from the menu!

Irish Mule
jameson whiskey, housemade ginger beer, lime

This drink was very refreshing.  It wasn't overpowering, and you could taste each of the flavors.

House Beer Sampler
six 4oz handcrafted tasters

Each of these beers had a unique taste.  They were all very refreshing and went well with the food that we ordered.  Keep in mind that I'm not a big beer drinker, but I would drink each of these again.

Sangria Sampler
white peach, raspberry rosé, or pomegranate red

My friend that we went with, ordered this.  She enjoyed each of them and she didn't have to choose, she got them all. Something I need to try next time!

PB & J Burger
grilled 1/2 lb beef patty, candied bacon, havarti, peanut butter, grape jelly, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle

I am not a big burger eater, but there are a few that I really like, and this is one of them!  There peanut butter and jelly complimented a great burger!  I will definitely be having this again!

Onion Ring Poutine
five hour braised pot roast, crispy onion rings, french fries, housemade gravy, havarti, sunny-side up egg, roasted vegetables

A-MA-ZING!!!  This is a must try! I didn't know what to expect, but it was really good!  Everything had great seasoning, but everything complimented each other! Gravy on anything is great!

Lazy Dogs, we will be seeing you again!!  We invite everyone to try it just once.  They have another location here in Vegas, but they also have locations in different states!  Look it up and see if they are near you!

The Habit Burger Grill, Las Vegas, NV

The Habit Burger Grill just opened at the corner of our street.  Saturday we ventured in to try this new place.  The restaurant was clean and smelled of grilled burgers and fries.  Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

GRILLED CHEESE

Kid's meals are a must when taking the kids anywhere, more for Cristyana then Mikayla.  Cristyana said they could have given her more fries, but overall it was really good!  She even ate the burger gummy that comes as a treat.

CheeBurger CheeBurger

CheeBurger CheeBurger was the newest place we tried this week.  You would never guess that it had a 50's style decor inside.  They advertise free toppings on your burgers, salads, and fries.  They have over 25 flavors of shakes!

Your drinks come in these mason jars, and this was half a shake, I can imagine what the full size shake looks like!  The shake I tried was chocolate covered pretzel shake!  It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!  It was thick and creamy, and most important it was COLD! There were chucks of chocolate covered pretzels mixed into it.

This is the semi-serious burger with cheese, teriyaki sauce and pickles.  It is 1/3 pound of burger, and every inch was cooked properly and seasoned amazingly.  This burger was juicy and yummy!
We didn't get a picture of the onion rings, but they were the best onion rings I've had in a long time!

The kids meals included grilled cheese with bacon and chicken strips with french fries.  It comes in this 50's style car.  And the best part is on Wednesdays in July kids eat FREE!

This is the one pound burger!  If you eat this burger and finish it you get your picture on the wall.  This burger was cooked to perfection, and seasoned wonderfully.  The burger was juicy and yummy!

As you can see Chris ate the whole burger and got his picture on the wall!  Will you try this challenge if you go there?  Not many have got their picture on the wall, but the wall next to it is the people that have tried and failed.  Which side will you be on?
